Experiment Group 1:remimazolam tosylate 0.2mg/kg induction+remimazolam tosylate 1mg/kg/h maintain
Experiment Group 2:remimazolam tosylate 0.3mg/kg induction+remimazolam tosylate 1mg/kg/h maintain
Experiment Group 3:remimazolam tosylate 0.4mg/kg induction+remimazolam tosylate 1mg/kg/h maintain
Control Group:propofol 2.0-2.5mg/kg induction+propofol 4-10mg/kg maintain

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA I-II patients; 2. Patients aged between 45 and 69 years old; 3. The patients who underwent the short and minimally invasive surgery in urology department and completed the routine preoperative examination.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients allergic to remimazolam tosylate and patients allergic to other drugs used in this experiment; 2. Patients who have used narcotic sedatives, analgesics or non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs for a long time; 3. Opioid dependent or opioid tolerant patients; 4. Despite the use of vasoactive drugs, there are still patients with systemic hypotension; 5. Patients with bradycardia and heart rate less than 55 beats/min before surgery; 6. Patients with high atrioventricular block without a pacemaker; 7. Patients with severe adverse reactions or accidental anesthesia during surgery; 8. Patients with craniocerebral injury and intracranial hypertension; 9. Patients with severe heart, lung, liver, and kidney function abnormalities; 10. Patients with previous allergic diseases; 11. Patients with previous mental illness;
