Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Diagnostic criteria for diabetes mellitus were specified in accordance with the American Diabetes Association (ADA, 1997); 2.body mass index (BMI) >= 28 kg/m2; 3.Age: 18-65 years; 4.The course of diabetes = 1/2 of the lower limit of normal value; 5.Surgical group: patients come to our hospital to prepare for gastric sleeve resection;Control group: patients came to our hospital for routine hypoglycemic treatment, not prepared for gastric cuff resection. 5.Preparation for sleeve gastrectomy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosis of type 1 diabetes; 2.Patients with gestational diabetes and certain specific types of diabetes; 3.Drug or alcohol abusemental illness with difficult control 4.Mental retardation or intellectual immaturity, behavior can not be self-control; 5.Poor general condition, difficult to tolerate general anesthesia or surgery.
