Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 25-65 years; 2. Newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes (diagnostic criteria refer to "Chinese Type 2 Diabetes Prevention Guidelines (2017 Edition)"); 3. Overweight/obesity: BMI >= 24kg/m2; 4. Heart Liver and kidney functions are normal; 5. Comply with the "Declaration of Helsinki" and sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. People who have used insulin therapy; 2. Recent glycosylated hemoglobin >= 12%; 3. Pregnant or lactating women; 4. Past Or current intestinal disease; 5. History of gastrointestinal surgery; 6. Use antibiotics for more than 3 days in the past 3 months; 7. Malignant tumor or blood disease; 8. Mental disease; 9. Severe gastric bleeding ulcer; 10. Excessive Weight loss and malnutrition; 11. Combined with serious complications; 12. 3 months using drugs or surgery to reduce weight; 13. Unable to cooperate with treatment and poor compliance; 14. The investigator judged that it is not suitable for inclusion other circumstances.
