Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients aged from 18 to 60 years; 2.Patients who clearly diagnosed with avascular necrosis of femoral head, unilateral or bilateral.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who had terminal stage of avascular necrosis of femoral head with the presence of secondary osteoarthritic changes such as osteophyte hyperplasia and joint space narrowing; 2. Patients who had vascular disorders affecting lower limb function; 3. Patients who had history of lower limb fractures, bone tumors and other lesions; 4. Patients who had inflammatory arthritis such as rheumatoid arthritis, suppurative arthritis and gouty arthritis; 5. Patients who had infection in surgical site; 6. Patients who had congenital deformity or insufficiency of lower limb; 7. Patients who had undergone lower limb surgery in the past three months; 8. Patients unwilling to undergo core decompression.
