75 Years to 95 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >=75 years; 2. Fried score >=1, CDR=0.5; 3. Montreal Cognitive Assessment(MoCA) 19 to 25; 4. the ability to conduct Otago training screened by physiotherapist; 5. will living in nursing home more than three months; 6. not illiterate; 7. willing to participant.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Suffering severe disease, such as paralysis, severe heart disease, fractures, etc.; 2. participating in another exercise clinical study.
