Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The patients should meet all the following criteria before participating in the trial: 1. Able to understand and sign informed consent; 2. Male patients aged from 18 to 70 years old; 3. ASA grade I-II; 4. BMI <= 35kg/m2.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous history of abdominal surgery; 2. Contraindications of nerve block puncture; 3. Coagulation dysfunction; 4. Local anesthetic allergy; 5. Refusal of nerve block; 6. People with cognitive impairment and those who are participating in other experiments.
