Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Adult patients (>=18 years old); (2) had no metastasis of other organs and lymph nodes by pathological biopsy; (3) received endotracheal intubation general anesthesia; (4) used steroidal non-depolarizing muscle relaxants (vecuronium or rocuronium); (5) American Association of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grade I-III; (6) the vital signs of the patients were stable (including body temperature, heart rate, respiration, blood pressure).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) suffering from contraindication of neuromuscular block; (2) severe abnormality of heart, liver and kidney function; (3) allergy to sugammadex or neostigmine.
