18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Meet the criteria of CKD5 when diagnosed by KDIGO guidelines; 2) Peritoneal dialysis as a renal replacement therapy for more than 6 weeks; 3) Echocardiography suggested left ventricular ejection fraction < 50%; 4) Between 18 and 65 years old; 5) General condition is good and can take care of themselves.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Pregnancy, breastfeeding women and women with a positive pregnancy test; 2) Patients with severe primary diseases such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system, or serious diseases (such as tumor or AIDS) known to affect their survival, or mental or legal disabilities; 3) Use other renal replacement therapy; 4) Receive other anti-heart failure treatment.
