Clinical Observation of Oxygen Inhalation Monitoring in premature infants with Bronchopulmonary Dysplasia (BPD)

Interventions

Group 2:the central oxygen supply was used to inhale oxygen, and the medium-sized hood was used to inhale oxygen. The minimum inhaled oxygen flow maintained blood oxygen saturation at 90-94%.
Group 1:Use an air-oxygen mixer to inhale oxygen, and use a medium-sized hood to inhale oxygen. The minimum inhaled oxygen concentration maintains blood oxygen saturation at 90-94%.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) 22 weeks < gestational age < 37 weeks, weight < 2500g premature infants; (2) Children with BPD diagnosed with oxygen inhalation for more than 28 days; (3) Children with aerobic therapy with percutaneous oxygen saturation less than 90% without oxygen inhalation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Suspected upper respiratory tract obstruction, severe intracranial hemorrhage (degree III or IV), severe infection, congenital airway malformation or severe cardiopulmonary malformation, congenital heart disease, surgical operation, and trisomy 21 children.
