Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Primiparous, singleton head position and full-term pregnancy; 2. Vaginal delivery, with normal communication skills, able to understand the content of the informed consent form and independently think and make judgments; 3. ASA level II, no preeclampsia, gestational diabetes, pregnancy Pregnancy complications such as intrahepatic cholestasis; 4. No history of anesthetic drug allergy, voluntary epidural analgesia without systemic analgesia; 5. Agreed to participate in this study and signed an informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. There is mental illness and cognitive dysfunction; 2. Maternal intraspinal analgesia risk; 3. Absolute and relative contraindications of intraspinal anesthesia; 4. Parturients transferred to cesarean section.
