Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA grade I to III, 60 to 75 years old, BMI is 18 to 29 kg/m2, tourniquet duration lasts 60 to 90 min, estimated operation time lasts 60 to 120 min.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with heart disease, respiratory disease and anemia; patients who are not suitable for or unwilling to perform the nerve block.
