Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Intensive care is needed. 2) The main discharge diagnosis was respiratory disease.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Aged < 18 years. 2) Stay in ICU less than 24 hours. 3) He was admitted to ICU many times during hospitalization. 4) The key data needed for saps III severe score were omitted.
