Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adult patients older than 18 years and less than 60 years; 2. Confirmed by B-ultrasound, CT, urinary tract bladder (KUB) and / or intravenous pyelography (IVP), CT measurement The largest diameter of the stone is 1.5 cm; 3. The stone is located below the ureteral junction of the renal pelvis and above the lower edge of the fourth lumbar vertebra, staying in the same site for at least 8 weeks, and causing ureteral calculi causing ureteral obstruction; Infection or urinary infection has been controlled.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with systemic hemorrhagic disease; 2. Severe medical diseases, such as arteriovenous thrombosis, history of stroke and insufficiency of important organs, who cannot tolerate surgery; 3. Combined with ureteral stenosis; 4. Severe hydronephrosis secondary infection Patients with kidney or purulent kidney, patients with ipsilateral kidney stones requiring simultaneous treatment; Patients with bilateral upper urinary tract stones requiring intervention 5. Patients with a history of ipsilateral ureteral surgery; 6. Pregnant patients; 7.
