Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Voluntary signing of informed consent; 2.Aged 18-70 years, regardless of gender; 3.Consistent with the diagnosis of hashimoto's thyroiditis: thyroid autoantibody TGAb > 60IU/ml TPOAb > IU/ml, thyroid ultrasound showed diffuse lesions; 4.Normal thyroid function 0.3miu /L< TSH < 5.5 mIU/L; 5.25 hydroxyvitamin D < 25nmol/L.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Pregnant or lactating women or those who refuse to sign the informed consent; 2.Has serious heart, liver, kidney, brain and hematopoietic diseases and metabolic diseases, or is associated with mental illness or depression; 3.Hypercalcemia; 4.Those who have received 131 I; 5.Allergic to experimental drugs; 6.Patients with thyroid tumors, thyroid dysfunction or being treated for thyroid-related diseases; 7.Patients with type 1 diabetes, multiple sclerosis, inflammatory bowel disease, autoimmune adrenocortical dysfunction, systemic lupus erythematosus and other autoimmune diseases; 8.Malnutrition 9.Those who have taken immunomodulatory drugs, vitamin D, vitamin A or omega-3 supplements in the past 3 months; 10.The researcher believes that there are other conditions that are not suitable for the study.
