Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Those who meet the diagnostic criteria in the guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (2007 revised edition), and FEV1.0/FVC<70% and FEV1.0pre<80% after using bronchodilator; 2.Aged 40-85 years; 3.Signing informed consent and undertaking to complete the relevant assessment according to the experimental requirements;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with various neuromuscular and joint diseases that affect swallowing function; those with cognitive impairment who can not cooperate with the assessment; 2. patients with various severe cardiovascular and respiratory diseases that affect cardiopulmonary motor function.
