18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Older than 18 years; (2) After valve replacement; (3) Postoperative oral warfarin anticoagulant therapy, and the duration of medication is more than 1 month; (4) Able to conduct normal communication and volunteer to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Severe liver and renal insufficiency; (2) Suffering from mental diseases.
