Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 30 ordinary college students in Beijing University of traditional Chinese medicine; 2. People aged 18-30 years; 3. Those who complain without any discomfort; 4. Subjects without overtraining history.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects with history of lower limb fracture, tendon tear and other serious injuries; 2. The subjects of heart disease history, cardiopulmonary insufficiency and other important organ dysfunction; 3. The subjects who regularly train their lower limbs for a long period of time, or who have a sudden increase in intensity or who are not used to new exercises in the past week; 4. Girls whose menstrual period conflicts with the experimental date; 5. The subjects who could not accept acupuncture intervention could not cooperate with the experimental process.
