Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with hepatitis B, aged 18-65, will be included in this study. 2. According to the guidelines, it is suitable for liver cancer screening, including cirrhosis, male age > 40, female age > 50 or family history of liver cancer. 3. According to the recommendation of the National Health Commission of the people's Republic of China, the high-risk population should be screened by liver ultrasound combined with serum alpha fetoprotein at least once every six months. Therefore, patients who did not undergo the above examinations in the past 6 months will be included in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with other diseases, including hepatitis C and other chronic liver diseases, will be excluded; 2. Patients with history of liver cancer diagnosis or liver transplantation; 3. Patients with hepatic encephalopathy, mental history, gastrointestinal bleeding, etc.; 4. Patients who are not willing to participate in this study.
