10 Years to 22 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects aged 10-23 years (including critical value); 2. The patients met the DSM-V diagnostic criteria for depression; 3. Patients with HAMD-17 >= 17; 4. Patients with first episode did not use any antidepressants or other psychotropic drugs; 5. Right handed patients; 6. Patients who voluntarily participated and signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with manic or hypomanic episodes in the past; 2. Patients with previous diagnosis of bipolar disorder, schizophrenia or other mental disorder related diseases; 3. Patients with alcohol / psychoactive substance dependence / abuse; 4. Patients with nervous system diseases in the past; 5. Patients with other serious physical diseases in the past.
