Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) The patient gives signed informed consent and willing to follow the treatment scheme; (2) The patient is in good health and has no systemic disease, no history of drug allergy, and has not taken antibiotics in the past 3 months; (3) The affected tooth has retention value; (4) The clinical diagnosis was chronic periapical inflammation, and X-ray showed that the diameter of low-density shadow of apical <= 5mm, with or without sinus tract; (5) The affected teeth were permanent teeth with fully developed apex, unobstructed root canals and no severe bending; (6) No fissure; (7) Good periodontal condition, PD < 4 mm, teeth loose degrees <=I degree, alveolar bone absorption <=1/2; (8) No root bifurcation lesions; Occlusions are normal; (9) Patients be able to normally open mouth and tolerate to treatment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with hypertension, heart disease and other systemic diseases that cause them not tolerate treatment; (2) No retain value for affected teeth; (3) The teeth were in the acute stage of apical periodontitis; (4) The affected tooth is the case of root canal retreatment; (5) The root canal is too large and the apical foramen diameter >=60#.
