Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with spinal cord injury caused by various causes, aged 18-75 years, without obvious cognitive impairment (MMSE > 24 points), course of disease more than 2 weeks (bulbar anal reflex appeared, after spinal cord shock stage); 2. In accordance with the diagnostic criteria of American spinal cord injury Society (ASIA, 2019), the injured segments include cervical spinal cord, thoracic spinal cord, lumbar spinal cord, sacral spinal cord, and the degree of injury includes A.B.C.D. 3. They did not take any drugs that affect the autonomic nervous system; 4. they voluntarily participated and signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Peripheral nerve damage (such as carpal tunnel syndrome, severe diabetes, vasculitis and other basic diseases affecting peripheral nerve); 2. Combined with other central nervous system damage or myopathy outside the spinal cord; 3. Combined with other basic diseases affecting lung function or causing autonomic nerve dysfunction; 4. Patients with unstable condition or conscious or cognitive disorders, and functional evaluation is not suitable during the evaluation process; 5. Patients refused to continue and asked to withdraw from the experiment due to various reasons.
