Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing unilateral total hip arthroplasty for the first time;Agree to accept the trial and sign informed consent patients.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: Allergic to dexamethasone;Patients with alcohol and drug abuse;Patients younger than 18 years old or older than 75 years old;Patients who had taken glucocorticoid 3 months before surgery;Patients taking strong opioids one week before surgery;Patients with severe heart disease (NYHA > 2) and liver and kidney failure;7 patients with rheumatic diseases (rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, systemic lupus erythematosus, etc.)
