Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (a) Symptomatic ICA> 50% or symptomatic stenosis > 50%: symptomatic patients refer to transient ischemic attack (TIA), ischemic stroke: or symptoms associated with carotid artery stenosis within 4 weeks. Or asymptomatic ICA> 70% of patients were measured by ultrasound according to the north American symptomatic carotid endarterectomy test (NASCET) noninvasive equivalent standard; (b) There is no gender or age limit; (c) Patients understand and are willing to participate in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (a) Patients with personal habits that have a negative impact on cerebral perfusion recovery, such as alcoholics and drug addicts; (b) Patients who are unable to comply with the study assessment.
