Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Femoral neck fracture with posterior tilt; 2.Fixed with proximal femoral plating (anterior long-threaded screw or normally short-threaded screws); 3.A minimum follow-up of six months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Open fractures; 2.With ipsilateral hip arthritis; 3.Malignancies; 4.Incomplete data.
