Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Met the diagnostic criteria of generalized anxiety disorder in American Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of mental disorders (5th Edition); 2) First episode, no antidepressant treatment; 3) Between 18 and 65 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Other mental diseases; 2) History of severe cardiovascular, respiratory, urinary, digestive, endocrine or nervous system diseases; 3) Pregnant or lactating women; 4) Previous history of alcohol dependence or acute/chronic poisoning.
