Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-85 years; 2. Patients with unretractable malignant biliary obstruction or those who refuse surgery despite indications for surgery; 3. ERCP pathway biliary drainage failed 4. Patients with plastic stent blockage in hepatic duct gastrostomy (EUS-HG) under endoscopic ultrasonography; 5. Karnofsky index (body function assessment Scale) >= 30%; 6. Sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Life expectancy less than 1 month; 2. Acute stage of gastrointestinal bleeding; 3. Coagulation dysfunction that cannot be corrected; 4. Unable to tolerate anesthesia; 5. The judgment of the researcher is not the author's.
