18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age range: 18-70 years; unilateral or bilateral staghorn stones; diagnosis confirmed by US/KUB/CT. 2. Complete stone clearance cannot be achieved by one standard channel. 3. No anatomic urological abnormality. 4. No contradictions. 5. No past history of ESWL, ureteroscopy, etc. 6. Informed consent form signed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with severe urinary tract infection. 2. Combined with moderate or severe hydronephrosis. 3. Combined with anatomic urological abnormality such as ureteropelvic junction obstruction, renal duplication, horseshoe kidney, etc. 4. Combined with urological malignancy. 5. Patients with surgery intolerance.
