Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) According to the diagnostic criteria of circular mixed hemorrhoids. (2) The age ranged from 18 to 65 years old. (3) Patients agreed to long-term follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) The patients who had a history of mixed hemorrhoid surgery or combined with other operations. (2) Patients with rectal cancer, rectal polyps, tuberculosis, Crohn's disease and other anorectal diseases, or with abnormal anal morphology and function. (3) Acute inflammatory or thrombotic external hemorrhoids. (4) Women in pregnancy, lactation and menstruation. (5) Diabetes, heart, brain, kidney, liver and gallbladder diseases and visceral tumor and other medical diseases.
