18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients undergoing laparoscopic hepatectomy under general anesthesia with tracheal intubation; 2) Aged 18-80 years; 3) American Association of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification: I- III; 4) Heart function classification I-II; 5) BMI<30kg/m2; 6) No more than two antihypertensive drugs.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Severe liver cirrhosis, portal hypertension, moderate to severe esophageal and gastric varices; 2) Combined with blood system diseases, anticoagulant drugs are applied before operation; 3) Combined with portal vein or vena cava cancer thrombus; 4) Severe arrhythmia, severe cardiovascular disease (acute heart failure, severe valve abnormality, cardiomyopathy, etc.); 5) Severe liver and kidney failure; 6) Those who refuse to agree.
