Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with stable hypertrophic scars; 2. Those who willingly accept treatment and cooperate with long-term follow-up; 3. Those who are 15 to 60 years old, have no gender limitation, and the course of disease is more than 1 year.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Keloids or unstable scars (ulceration, infection, etc.); 2. Severe vital organ diseases and patients with hematopoietic or immune system diseases who cannot tolerate surgery; 3. Those who have received physical therapy such as laser, grinding, or chemotherapy, such as tretinoin and hormone injection; 4. Patients with allergies or scars in their families; 5. Patients who are pregnant, breastfeeding, menstrual, or pregnancy preparation; 6. Patients whose family members do not agree with the operation.
