Age
18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.First onset cerebral infarction patient; 2.Aged 35~80 years; 3.The course of the disease is within 48h; 4.The patient has corresponding symptoms and signs of focal nervous system defect; 5.Head CT or MRI imaging confirmed acute cerebral infarction. 6.Meet the requirements and obtain informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Severe heart failure, severe lung disease in patients before acute stroke has occurred; 2.Brainstem lesions involving the respiratory and circulatory center causing respiratory, circulatory disorders and coma.
