18 Years to 49 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-49 years; 2. Physiological male, had male-male sex in the past 6 months; 3. Had at least 7 times insertive anal sex in the recent 10 male sex; 4. Rapid HIV screening and laboratory serological test negative; 5. Willing to actually uptake circumcision; 6. Self-reported foreskins coverage more than half of the glans when the penis is not erect; 7. Live in the city where the research site is located, and have no plans to migrate to another city in the next year; 8. Willing to be allocated to one of the two groups (intervention group or control group) before randomization; 9. Willing to accept blood sampling and exfoliated penile cell sampling for HIV, HSV-2, syphilis and penile HPV testing; 10. Willing to sign an informed consent form before participating in the circumcision intervention trial.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Research subjects who meet any of the following criteria will be excluded: 1. Have done circumcision surgery; 2. Participate in other biomedical intervention research which aims at preventing HIV infection at the same time; 3. Have been suffered from hemophilia or other bleeding disorders; 4. Contraindications for circumcision surgery.
