14 Years to 70 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Aged 14-70 years; Grade 3 or 4 aortic regurgitation, regardless of the diameter of the aortic sinus and ascending aorta; Grade 1 or 2 aortic regurgitation with aortic root aneurysm or ascending aortic aneurysm; agreed to participate in clinical research, voluntarily sign informed consent, and agreed to follow up ultrasound and telephone every year after operation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Second heart surgery; left ventricular ejection fraction less than 40%; patients with bioprosthetic valve replacement.
