Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of the Spinocerebellar Ataxia scales, such as SARA, ICARS; 2. Aged 18 to 75 years; 3. Able to communicate with interviewers and complete scales independently; 4. Endorse the informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Other hereditary disease; 2. Other severe central nervous system disease; 3. History of brain surgery; 4. Depression, Anxiety and other psychogenic disease; 5. With metal equipment or prosthesis (pacemaker, insulin pump) in body, claustrophobia, or other magnetic resonance examination contraindications.
