18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Ages 40 to 69 years, regardless of gender; 2) Imaging diagnosis of peripheral lung cancer; 3) Preoperative evaluation requires surgical treatment; 4) Participate in the study voluntarily, and the informed consent shall be signed by the subjects or their family members (guardians).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Postoperative pathology confirmed small cell lung cancer; 2) Combined with COPD, asthma, pulmonary fibrosis and other chronic pulmonary diseases; 3) Acute respiratory infectious diseases occurred in the past 1 month; 4) Combined with oral and periodontal diseases; 5) History of neoadjuvant therapy; 6) Use of antibiotics and systemic glucocorticoids in recent 3 months; 7) History of other systematic malignant tumors; 8) History of lung surgery; 9) Patients with cardiovascular, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system and other serious diseases; 10) Multiple primary pulmonary malignant tumors.
