Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 20-70 years; 2. The diagnostic criterion was referred to 2018 world new classification of periodontal and peri-implant diseases: Periodontal health is defined as 10% bleeding site, with probing depths = 2 non-adjacent teeth, or 2) buccal or oral CAL >= 3 mm with pocketing >= 3 mm is detectable at >= 2 teeth but the observed CAL cannot be ascribed to non-periodontitis-related causes.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects with systemic diseases (diabetes, etc.); 2. Subjects with a history of smoking; 3. Subjects with a history of periodontal treatment; 4. Subjects with antibiotics, hormones, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, contraceptives and other drugs or preparations in the past 6 months; 5. Women who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or preparing for pregnancy; 6. Subjects with obvious abnormal occlusion or a history of orthodontic treatment.
