Intervention group:The ICU patients were nursed,according to the comprehensive activity nursing path formed after the evidence summary, expert demonstration and field investigation
Control group:The patients were nursed according to the standard of ICU routine nursing

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients admitted to ICU and meeting the following conditions were selected: 1. The age is 18-85 years old; 2. Patients who are expected to stay in ICU for more than 48h; 3. Hemodynamics was relatively stable (the dosage of vasoactive drugs was not increased for two hours). 4. Within 24 hours of being admitted to the ICU, the patient's ICU-AW Risk Score is moderate or above.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with the following conditions were excluded: 1. There were central nervous system diseases and neuromuscular diseases before entering ICU; 2. One week before admission to ICU, there was adverse functional state (Barthel < 45).
