Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Caregiver inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 18 years. 2. The immediate family member of the patient, and undertakes the main care task during the hospitalization of the patient, and still undertakes the main care work after discharge. 3. Care recipients were stroke patients over 18 years old with first onset, unable to take care of themselves (ADL score 41-60) and conscious, diagnosed by cranial CT or MRI examination in rehabilitation department, and motor function MAS score >= 17. 4. Those who volunteer to participate in this study and fill in the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Caregiver exclusion criteria: 1. Those who have speech disorder or are unable to communicate normally. 2. Those who have participated in the relevant training.
