Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All patients in the koa group should meet the following conditions: 1. It meets the clinical diagnostic criteria of OA proposed by American College of Rheumatology in 1986 (attached 1); 2. Aged 30-70 years; 3. Repeated knee pain and swelling were the main complaints; 4. If both knees have symptoms, select the severe side; if both knees have the same symptoms, select the right side; 5. The disease itself should be treated by arthroscopy or knee arthroplasty; 6. Willing to participate in this study and sign the informed consent. The inclusion criteria of the control group were as follows 1. No history of joint pain, trauma or operation; 2. Aged 18-50 years; 3. Patients who need open reduction and internal fixation or arthroscopic surgery for knee fractures; 4. No other metabolic, immune and cardiovascular diseases.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: The exclusion criteria of KOA group were as follows 1. Synovitis caused by infection, such as intra-articular infection and tuberculous diseases; 2. Immune diseases, such as wind dampness, rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, etc; 3. Allergic to contrast medium; 4. Severe varus or valgus deformity of knee joint; 5. Subjects with hyperuricemia, kidney disease, diabetes or over 65 years old were excluded from the study; 6. Those who are participating in other clinical trials. The exclusion criteria of the control group were as follows 1. Severe open trauma or soft tissue injury; 2. Immune diseases, such as wind dampness, rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, etc; 3. Allergic to contrast medium; 4. Those who are participating in other clinical trials.
