Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The inclusion criteria of the study group were as follows: 1. Patients in our hospital with definite diagnosis; 2. All the subjects with perfect examination items and signs; 3. The subjects in good health were not complicated with heart, liver, kidney and other systemic diseases; 4. People aged over 30 and under 80 years; 5. Subjects without history of colorectal surgery; 6. The patients without adjuvant chemoradiotherapy or surgery; 7. Subjects without obvious symptoms of upper digestive tract and diseases of stomach and small intestine. The inclusion criteria of the control group were: randomly select the patients with physical examination in the health management center of our hospital, and the subjects should meet the requirements 1. All examination items and physical signs were perfect without obvious abnormality; 2. Over 30 years old and under 80 years old; 3. Normal appearance; 4. No family history of colon cancer.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe chronic diseases such as chronic hepatitis, kidney disease, rheumatic immune disease, hyperuricemia, hypertension, hypothyroidism, hyperthyroidism, depression, etc; 2. AIDS and syphilis patients; 3. Patients with liver and kidney dysfunction; 4. Pregnant or lactating women; 5. Patients with major gastrointestinal surgery (cholecystectomy and appendectomy) within 5 years; 6. Patients with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), including ulcerative colitis, Crohn's disease or uncertain colitis; 7. Patients with irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), persistent, infectious gastroenteritis, colitis or gastritis; 8. Patients with chronic diarrhea; 9. Alcoholics, drug addicts, long-term use of proton pump inhibitors, hormones or non steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs.
