Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients scheduled for laparoscopic cholecystectomy; 2. Patients with ASA grade I-II; 3. Patients aged 18-60 years old; 4. 18 <= BMI <= 24.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with history of severe hypertension; 2. Subjects with significant abnormal liver and kidney functions; 3. Subjects with significant abnormal coagulation function; 4. Patients taking opioids, sedative and analgesic drugs and psychotropic drugs for a long time before operation; 5. Patients with mental illness or unable to express their wishes correctly.
