60 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged > 60 and < 85 years; 2. Patients scheduled for open gastrointestinal surgery; 3. Patients with ASA grade 2-3; 4. Patients with operation time of 2-4 hours.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with serious dysfunction of important organs; 2. Patients with hypothyroidism; 3. Patients with hypermagnesemia; 4. The researcher thinks that other situations are not suitable for this study.
