Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: According to the history, physical signs and laboratory examination, the diagnosis of PIH was confirmed. include 1. Gestational hypertension; 2. Preeclampsia complicated with HELLP syndrome; 3. Eclampsia; 4. Chronic hypertension with preeclampsia; 5. Pregnancy complicated with chronic hypertension.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with incomplete medical case information; 2. Patients with intraspinal anesthesia contraindications; 3. Patient information in patients with general anesthesia.
