25 Years to 35 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Puerperien who will be elective epidural anesthesia under the lower uterine transverse incision cesarean section of those maternal.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe systemic diseases; 2. Patients with coagulation dysfunction; 3. Those contraindications of intraspinal anesthesia such as puncture site infection, 4. Patients with chronic pain; 5. The target of drug abuse history, 6. Patients with previous abdominal surgery history, 7. Patients with straight incision for the first cesarean section, 8. Those who are allergic to any of the drugs used in the study will not change their habits, 9. Subjects with opioid tolerance, 10. Those who can't cooperate with the observation index score.
