Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) 18 years old and above; (2) use antithrombotic drugs; (3) The purpose of medication, usage and dosage, and course of medication are clear.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Major bleeding was diagnosed before the use of antithrombotic drugs; (2) Follow-up was not accepted; (3) Insufficient data prevented subsequent analysis.
