Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Elective thoracoscopic partial lung resection in the second Xiangya Hospital requiring general anesthesia; 2. Aged 18 to 75 years; 3. Written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing nerve block during perioperative period; 2. Patients with abnormal white blood cells in preoperative blood routine examination tested in the ward; 3. Patients undergoing reoperation for lung cancer; 4. Patients with autoimmune diseases; 5. Patients with severe abnormal liver and kidney functions; 6. Patients with a recent history of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs or steroids; 7. Patients with a history of drug or narcotics dependence; 8. Patients with a history of mental disease.
