18 Years to 76 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients aged 18-76 years; (2) ASA I- III; (3) Patients undergoing clavicular fracture surgeries; (4) Patients agreed to participate in the study and had Signed informed Consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Severe cardiovascular disease (preoperative left ventricular ejection fraction less than 30%, hypertension, sick (2) Severe obstructive and restrictive lung disorders; (3) Coagulation disorders; (4) Local infection at the site of block; (5) Abnormal sensory and motor function of the affected side arm; (6) BMI(body mass index) > 30; (7) Allergy to local anesthetics; (8) Previous opioid therapy and psychiatric disorders, alcohol or narcotic abuse; (9) Serious hepatic dysfunction (Child-Pugh class C), serious renal dysfunction (undergoing dialysis before surgery).
