30 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18-60 years, regardless of gender; 2. Patients with brain injury lasting for 6-10 days; 3. The fracture sites included foot, ankle, tibiofibula, femur, patella, hip, radius and ulna, hand, humerus, scapula and clavicle; 4. Patients who meet the criteria of fracture diagnosis; or patients who meet the criteria of moderate / severe traumatic brain injury (according to different groups): Fracture criteria: interruption of cortical continuity; Criteria of moderate / severe traumatic brain injury: history of traumatic brain injury; duration of injury more than 24h; Glasgow coma score less than or equal to 12 points; time of unconsciousness more than 30min; 5. Patients who are willing to participate in this trial and cooperate with data collection.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with other non limb fractures; 2. Patients with previous history of brain injury and fracture within 3 years; 3. Patients with pathological fracture or severe osteoporosis or osteogenesis imperfecta; 4. Patients with serious diseases of liver and kidney; 5. Patients with severe cardiovascular and hematological diseases 6. Diabetic patients; 7. Patients with autoimmune diseases; 8. Tumor patients and patients receiving radiotherapy and chemotherapy; 9. Patients with a history of mental illness, inability to communicate and answer questions, such as dementia, etc.; 10. Those patients whose blood and urine HCG tests show pregnancy.
