18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with first-time anterior cruciate ligament injury and no previous history of knee surgery; 2. Patients without lower limb pain or other diseases affecting lower limb function; 3. Patients aged 18-65 years; 4. Patients with stable vital signs; 5. Patients who have signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patients with medial and lateral collateral ligament or posterior cruciate ligament rupture, knee dislocation, new fracture or nonunion, poor fracture healing in recent 3 months, meniscus injury of degree II or above or cartilage injury without repair; 2. Patients with bilateral knee injury; 3. Patients complicated with infection, severe complications of cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney, endocrine, hematopoietic system, etc.; 4. The patients with quadriceps muscle defect or surgical scar located in the position of quadriceps muscle abdominal electrode; 5. Patients with pain index more than 3 (pain was assessed by digital analog pain scale in the pre-trial, 0 for no pain, and 10 for the most severe pain); 6. The patients who can not complete the assessment and rehabilitation training as required or who have emotional and mental disorders, poor compliance and refuse the rehabilitation treatment plan.
