Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients without previous history of venous thrombosis; 2. Patients with knee osteoarthritis diagnosis and total knee arthroplasty 3. Patients with complete clinical data; 4. Patients aged 55-80 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe valgus deformity of knee joint; 2. Patients with abnormal fibrinolytic system; 3. Patients receiving anticoagulant therapy for a long time; 4. Patients with DVT before operation; 5. Patients with severe hepatic and renal insufficiency 6. Patients with significantly increased inflammatory indexes or infection.
